Battle of the Mighty Roikans

Event Period: August 23 – September 12, 2021

Mechanics:

• There will be 4 qualifiers 
• If a guild already won on the first qualifier, and bid again on the second qualifier and win the match, we will consider the second guild as the winner of the match/Qualifier. EX: If PlayPark FlyFF Guild already won on the first qualifier, and won again on the second qualifier, we will consider the second winner as the qualifying team.
• Winning Guilds on the following Guild Siege Schedule will proceed to Semi-Finals 

Additional Mechanics:

• Registration is OPEN until August 25, 2021, at 5:00 PM (GMT+8)
• You may register at https://forms.gle/E2aHvGfiwvbQmaun6
• CM Luna will post the list of registrants on August 25, 2021, at 6:00 PM (GMT+8) 2.
• Guild Leaders must comment down that they are confirming their entry. Ex: Noted Guild – Confirm
• 3. If no confirmation from the Guild until August 26, 2021, at 10:00 AM (GMT+8) was made, the entry will be voided.
• Posting of Final entries will be on August 26, 2021 at 3:00 PM (GMT+8)
• Registered members are not allowed to change GUILDS during the event period or else, the GUILD will be DISQUALIFIED from joining the event.
• Registered members are not allowed to change IN-GAME NAMES during the event period or else, the GUILD will be DISQUALIFIED from joining the event.
• GUILDS THAT WILL NOT FOLLOW THE RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE EVENT.

Schedule:
1st Leg : August 26, 2021 (Thursday 8:00 PM (GMT+8)
2nd Leg : August 28, 2021 ( Saturday 8:00 PM (GMT+8) 
3rd Leg : September 2, 2021 (Thursday 8:00 PM (GMT+8)
4th Leg:  September 4, 202  ( Saturday 8:00 PM (GMT+8) 

The top Guild of each Guild Siege Schedule will be the winner of the qualifier.
Winning guilds will be randomized on September 3, 2021, during CM Luna’s stream for the match schedule.

Semi-Finals – September 5, 2021 ( Sunday 6:00 PM (GMT+8)
EXAMPLE:

Guild 3 vs Guild 4
The losing team will match on September 12, 2021, for the 2nd Runner Up Title

Finals – September 12, 2021 ( Sunday 6:00 PM (GMT+8)

Reminders:

Dummy guilds with the intention of preventing other guilds from participating shall be punished. These guilds have used the following shameful tactics:
Cancelation of bidding
Non-participation in the Guild Siege

NOTE: 
Please do not bid after September 4 Guild Siege and September 11, 2021, Guild Siege to make way for the Battle of the Mighty Roikans on September 5 and September 12 match.  WE WILL NOT REFUND THE PENYA USED FOR BIDDING.
