- A player can only claim 1 set of In-game item Rewards per account. If a player shops using multiple characters in one account, the reward will be inserted in the highest paying character. If a player shops using multiple characters in one account with the same payment, PlayPark FlyFF GM Team will have to choose a character to put on the reward.

- Awarding of in-game item rewards will be inserted within 14 working days after the promo period.
